Well, Saturday was a day just spent relaxing - I wandered the Strip a bit but did not play at all. Which brings us to Sunday...I started the day with a Starbucks Venti Cold Brew with sugar free vanilla along with a double smoked bacon croissant - yum!
I then made my way to play $21 in a Megabucks machine (a la Mitch from Tipping the Odds Las Vegas) - I did not win the Megabucks progressive - as you can see, I did not even hit for 1 credit lol
After refilling my Starbucks, I sat down to play a mini-session on National Blackjack Day:First hand dealt J, J v dealer 6 - dealer busted with 22Second hand natural for meThirdly hand double down 8, 3 v dealer Q -- took the card face down, dealer turned over an 8 for 18, dealer then turned my card over - an 8 as well - 19 for meWon the next hand then the dealer pulled a 21 against my 20 and I decided to end the session +500 - Trip +2300
I then basically relaxed and, when the sun set, headed for a walk on the Strip:
For dinner and dessert I enjoyed some General Tso's chicken from La La Noodle at the Park MGM and a donut from District Donuts..
To top my night off, I listened to the newest episode of Tipping the Odds Las Vegas with Mitch and Dr. Kev -- another excellent episode and, please note, I will be a guest thereon next week!Time for bed - sweet dreams to all.
